Great family tent, only used 3 times. Comes with 2 small foot prints which I put under the bedroom areas to create more warmth. Really good condition no holes or repairs. Has been put up and wiped down and dried out since we last used it. All guy ropes attached and work fine. Bedroom either side with living area in the middle. Will possibly need re-waterproofing as we have never done it.
